1. Carriage

UK mainland

Orders below £300 nett will be charged carriage @ £7.50 , order over £300 will be free of charge

2. VAT

UK customer only will need to add VAT to all prices stated at the applicable rate of 17.5% (Children’s items zero rated)

EC customers will need to supply a valid VAT number to be exempt from VAT, otherwise VAT will be charge at the applicable rate of 17.5%

Rest of word is exempt from VAT

3. Online ordering

All orders placed online by credit account customers will receive an order acknowledgement via post and the order will be processed immediately.

All non credit account customers will receive a proforma invoice via post, which will need to be paid by cheque or credit card before the order will be processed.

4. Credit Account Opening

To open a credit account you need to complete an account opening form and will need to pay proforma for your first order. Once we receive your account opening form we check references and do a credit check, you will then be notified in writing if successful and what your credit limit will be.

5. Prices

All prices published on this web site are correct at time of web site going live, we reserve the right to revise our prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Specification of goods

All descriptions and other details provided in relation to this web site are subject to confirmation by us, and may be changed without notice.

All sizes, colours, shades, material may vary and are given for general guidance only.

7. Retention of Title

All goods purchased remain the property of Image by Interprint until the buyer has paid for all goods in full including VAT

8. Delivery

If we deliver the wrong or damaged goods you are to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery giving us full details of the damaged or incorrect goods. We will accept returns of such damaged or incorrect goods only if we are notified within the relevant time period.
